How can I remedy a sore back?

You can try to remedy it yourself, or get a professional to help.

Some people like to use foam rollers, some like to stretch, whereas others will see a massage therapist.

A foam roller can be used for 'MYOFASCIAL RELEASE'. This helps relieve tension, and can even break up muscle tissue (in a good way). STRETCHING may also relieve pain in your back if done correctly.

If you have a real problem area though, consult with a qualified therapist or chiropractor who will have the proper knowledge and tools to help you.
