How do I build muscle fast?

Building muscle fast is possible and there are a few basic ways to achieve faster growth.
1. Eat plenty of protein. Rule of thumb is 1 gram - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean bodyweight.
2. Use a hypertrophy rep range of 8 - 12 reps per set.
3. Experiment with using a 2 – 2 - 4 TEMPO while focusing on the eccentric part of your lifts and staying in control during each and every rep.
